Account and Personal Data Deletion

This page applies to the ERG app operated by ERG Motorsport company, trading as ERG / Extreme Riders, Dubai Economic Department trade licence 1572983. Registered address: Ras Al Khor Ind. Second - Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2 - Dubai.
Request deletion without needing the app
Email extremeridersdxbbooking@gmail.com with the subject "ERG account deletion" from your registered email where possible. Include the account email and enough information to identify the account. Do not send your password, recovery link, full card number or identity document unless a proportionate verification step has first been explained through a secure channel. You do not need to install or sign into the app to submit an email request.
Request deletion inside the app
Sign into ERG, open Profile and its settings, select Delete profile/account, and confirm the deletion request. The request is reviewed by authorized ERG staff; submitting it is not a statement that every record has already been erased. Request status is available in Profile while your account remains accessible.
What happens next
We verify the request and review active motorcycle custody, requests and legal obligations. ERG targets completion of eligible deletion within 30 days, notifying you if a lawful reason requires more time or prevents a particular part of the request. We communicate completion or the reasons and next steps through your verified contact channel. This operating target does not replace any applicable legal deadline.
Eligible account/profile data, authentication access, unnecessary motorcycle/request details and owned uploaded content are removed or anonymized as appropriate. Related workshop copies and current exports are reconciled. Necessary invoices, receipts and accounting support may remain in a restricted archive for seven years after the relevant tax period where corporate-tax requirements apply, or another period required by applicable law. We retain only necessary custody, warranty, safety, dispute or legally held records for their relevant purpose, not the entire account by default.
Managed local recovery backups use a 30-day rolling policy, processed when the backup system runs, subject to documented holds. Provider backups and historical exports need their own controlled handling. Deletion records must be applied before restored data returns to normal use. We cannot erase messages or files independently retained by recipients outside our control.
Deleting an account does not cancel an invoice, transfer ownership of a stored motorcycle or withdraw a valid warranty claim. ERG will arrange appropriate contact outside the deleted account for remaining obligations. We do not require payment of a debt as a blanket condition for deleting unrelated personal information.
