Terms of Service

Effective date: 28 October 2026.

1. ERG and these terms

These terms apply to the ERG customer app and services supplied by ERG Motorsport company, trading as ERG / Extreme Riders, Dubai Economic Department trade licence 1572983. Registered address: Ras Al Khor Ind. Second - Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2 - Dubai. Contact: extremeridersdxbbooking@gmail.com; +971 50 2047 549.

Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Service Policies and the written quotation or service order you accept. A quotation may specify the service, price, dates, parts and service-specific conditions, but cannot remove mandatory consumer rights. Optional marketing consent is separate from agreement to these terms. An adult with legal capacity must enter into the service contract; a parent or guardian must arrange participation for a minor.

2. Accounts and accurate information

Provide accurate contact, motorcycle, ownership or authorization, access and safety information. Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but these terms do not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized act. Tell ERG promptly about suspected misuse. We may proportionately restrict access for security, fraud or unlawful use, explain the action where appropriate and provide a contact route for review. Account restriction does not remove existing consumer remedies.

3. Requests are not automatically confirmed

Submitting a request records your requirements; it does not by itself reserve capacity, accept a quote or authorize work. A WhatsApp message or automated email acknowledgement also does not confirm a booking.

Pickup and delivery dates are preferences until ERG confirms or proposes an alternative. Accepted appointments appear in the ERG app schedule when synchronized. This is the ERG calendar, not automatic enrollment in your Apple or Google calendar. Workshop service arrival details are informational unless ERG expressly agrees a time. Storage requires review of the motorcycle, duration, availability and charges, followed by confirmation and invoicing. Parts, graphics, coaching and race support require their own scope and acceptance.

4. Estimates, job cards and extra work

ERG may inspect the motorcycle and charge a diagnostic or inspection fee only where disclosed and accepted beforehand. ERG creates a job card and sends an estimate for approval. The mechanic must not begin chargeable repair work before your approval of that estimate and satisfaction of agreed deposit conditions.

Additional or changed work requires a revised description and price and your affirmative approval before that work begins. Silence is not approval. ERG may pause work while awaiting your decision. Immediate reasonable actions to make the premises or motorcycle safe do not authorize undisclosed additional repair charges. Approvals and revisions are recorded against your service file; contact ERG if you cannot use the app.

5. Prices, deposits and invoices

Prices are quoted in AED. The written quote must identify scope, parts, labour, other charges, applicable tax and the total payable. A minimum deposit of 10% of the accepted total is required before service is provided. Any higher deposit, including special-order or custom-production commitments, must be disclosed and accepted in advance. Deposits are credited toward the invoice, not charged twice.

An authorized administrator prepares the invoice and applicable tax manually. Invoice and job updates are reflected in the linked customer profile when synchronization succeeds. The app displays balances; it does not itself represent that a payment has been processed. Pay only through ERG's confirmed instructions and obtain a receipt. The balance due date and collection conditions are stated in the accepted order or invoice. Disputed amounts should be raised promptly with ERG; statutory remedies remain available.

6. Service policies and customer property

The Service Policies govern cancellation notice, deposits, completed work, refunds, storage, collection, parts, graphics and workmanship warranty. Disclose known leaks, damage, modifications and hazards. Confirm the intake condition and belongings handed over. ERG will seek appropriate authorization before releasing the motorcycle to another person. No provision authorizes automatic sale or disposal of uncollected property or exclusion of responsibility for ERG's own actionable fault.

7. Coaching and race support

Coaching is booked per lesson. Digital Riding Pass, paid video modules and recurring training subscriptions are not offered in the current release. Future digital products require separate published terms and applicable platform billing arrangements before sale.

Riding and motorsport involve significant physical and property risks. Follow lawful instructions, protective-equipment requirements, venue rules and your ability limits. Inform the coach privately of relevant safety needs without putting unnecessary health details in general booking notes. ERG can stop unsafe participation. A specific activity may require an additional appropriately reviewed participation document; this paragraph is not a blanket injury or negligence waiver.

Race-support quotes must identify staff, equipment, fuel, transport, dates, location and exclusions. Travel, customs, permits, insurance and overseas-event responsibilities must be allocated in writing before acceptance. Performance or race results are not guaranteed.

8. Graphics, content and intellectual property

You must have permission to provide names, logos, images and other design materials. You authorize ERG to use those materials only as needed to quote, prepare and fulfill your order. Promotional publication requires separate permission. Review the design proof, dimensions, spelling and colours before approving production. Material changes require agreement; defects or failure to match the approved specification remain subject to applicable remedies.

ERG and its licensors retain rights in their app, branding and supplied materials. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with services or upload unlawful material. No ownership of your own submitted materials transfers merely by sending a request.

9. ERG Ride Rewards

Points are not earned merely by submitting a request. Under the current programme, fully paid eligible invoice spending earns one point per AED 10 of eligible net spend, rounded down per invoice. Eligible categories are labour, service, parts and storage; VAT and ineligible lines are excluded, and discounts and reward credits reduce qualifying spend. Refunds can reverse points.

Ten points provide AED 1 of eligible invoice credit. Redemption starts at 100 points, in multiples of 10, and is capped at 20% of the eligible invoice subtotal after other discounts. An administrator applies and records the credit. Available balance and tier progress may differ; redemption does not itself remove earned tier progress. Current tiers are Pit Entry below 5,000 qualifying tier points, Race Ready from 5,000 and Factory Support from 15,000. The customer profile shows the recorded balance and tier.

Points are not cash, are not transferable and do not include training access. No automatic referral bonus, race-support credit or other unpublished benefit is promised by these terms. ERG may correct errors or reverse fraudulent awards with an explanation and review route. Material programme changes require advance notice where required and must respect accrued contractual and statutory rights.

10. Responsibility, complaints and changes

ERG remains responsible for the obligations imposed on it by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights concerning defective goods or services. No blanket waiver applies to injury, property loss, fraud or negligence. Third-party delays do not automatically excuse ERG's own contractual responsibilities. Where disruption prevents performance, ERG will discuss alternatives and any applicable refund for unprovided work.

Contact extremeridersdxbbooking@gmail.com with the request or invoice reference and the outcome sought. You may also approach the competent Dubai/UAE consumer authority or court; using ERG's complaint process is not a waiver or mandatory barrier. Applicable UAE law and the competent courts govern, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protections. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. An existing accepted order is not changed merely by editing this website.
